All raw files and unedited footage remain the exclusive property of Threshold Media until the final project invoice is paid in full. Upon completion of payment, the ownership of final delivered assets is transferred as specified in the service agreement.
Acceptable Use
Clients are granted a non-exclusive commercial license for all delivered assets. This license allows for the use of production content across digital platforms, social media, and internal communications. Redistribution or resale of raw assets without prior consent is strictly prohibited.
Liability & Guarantees
While Threshold Media guarantees high-end professional production quality, we offer no guarantees regarding specific social media engagement rates, conversion rates, or business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes arising from our partnership will be addressed within the jurisdiction of Florida state courts.
